Tom Forrest is Vinopolis’ resident wine expert. He has a wealth of experience dating back to 1976 when he started studying wine at catering college. He has been a judge at the International Wine Challenge since 1999, is a member of the tasting panel of Wine magazine and a published author.
He teaches the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) wine qualifications at Vinopolis and runs the Vinopolis Wine School.
Tom is available for private wine tasting tours and upgrades on some of the group packages.
